What is Human Resource Management?
The management function of an organization that deals with recruitment, placement, promotion, training, and development of company employees.

The goal of the UW-Stout Chapter of SHRM?
To educate UW-Stout students about the human resource field.  Members will have the opportunity to gain experience in networking and interviewing techniques, providing them with the competitive edge needed to compete in today's job market.
